Your First Visit

Your first visit will be your longest visit since Dr. Sullivan has never treated you before. She will take her time to learn about your health history, perform a thorough exam, and provide you with your first treatment (unless medically inadvisable). You should plan to be in the office about 60 minutes.

formsPatient Forms

Upon entering our office, our receptionist will welcome you as a member of our family. We request that you complete our online patient forms, which will be emailed to you after booking your first appointment. This paperwork provides us with your health history and some information about your condition.

X-Ray Studies

Depending on your specific condition, we may order X-rays as well. X-rays help us develop the most effective treatment plan for you and alert us of any serious spinal or joint conditions. Most people are amazed once they see their X-rays up close. In some cases, they can even identify their misalignments and degeneration themselves.

Treatment

At the conclusion of your initial appointment, you may experience your first treatment, depending on the severity of your condition. This may include spinal and/or extremity (feet, knees, hips, shoulders, elbows, wrists, etc.) adjustments, physical therapy, and/or soft tissue treatment. Treatments are always interactive, so you can feel free to express questions or concerns about the different types of treatment at any time.
