Your Second Visit

Your second visit will be much shorter than your first visit since there is no case history and exam involved. Plan to be in the office for about 20-25 minutes. The goal of the second visit is to inform you of your diagnosis, administer another treatment (unless medically inadvisable), and discuss your recommended treatment plan.

Dr. Sullivan will answer any questions, including:

1. What's my diagnosis?

2. How can you help me?

3. How often do I need to come in?

4. What will be my treatment cost?

After reviewing the outcomes of your first appointment, Dr. Sullivan will discuss her treatment plan recommendations and notify you if your condition requires care from additional providers. Dr. Sullivan will advise the best treatment and wellness program for your needs -- even if that means referring you to a more appropriate healthcare practitioner. We vow to always keep your best interest at the forefront.
